As a mom to two girls Allison saw first hand the lack of support and understanding women received during and after pregnancy. It was after her own traumatic experiences during pregnancy and the postpartum period when she knew it was time for a career change.
Allison has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Forensic Psychology. She worked as a substance abuse counselor before having her first child in 2016. She has spent the last few years raising her children, helping other moms in need by providing them with evidence based information and support with all things relating to pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Concurrently she has continued her education with Bebo Mia where she has been certified as a birth and postpartum doula.
