PREGNANCY & INFANT LOSS SUPPORT GROUP

A safe, compassionate, and discreet space to connect with others who understand.

Free Monthly Support Group for those who have lost a pregnancy or baby.

Losing a baby is one of the most difficult experiences a family can face. Whether you experienced a pregnancy loss, or a loss of your baby at birth, or during infancy, you don't have to navigate your grief alone.

Led by Doula Paige Diaz, who has experienced pregnancy loss herself, this free support group provides a safe, compassionate, and discreet space to connect with others who understand. This group offers an opportunity to share your story, honor your baby, and receive support from others who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there is never any pressure to speak. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome to attend whenever you feel ready.
