I can’t recommend Buddha Belly Birth Services highly enough! Our doula team was Julia Dixon and Hayley Livermore. We met them in January when I was 5 months pregnant and had just moved to Florida. I trusted them both right away. They were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Over the course of my pregnancy the world changed drastically as we entered a global pandemic. Being new to the area with no family nearby, my husband and I had to choose who would be my support person during the birth, as you are only allowed one. Since we have a toddler as well, we made the tough decision for our doula to accompany me while my husband took care of our son at home.

Hayley joined me at the hospital the day I was surprised with an induction and thanks to her, I still had an incredible birth despite a lot of difficult circumstances. She was the perfect companion, providing company, emotional and physical support, and encouragement during those times I felt like I couldn’t do it.

I’m so thankful that she was with me for the birth of my daughter. I will never forget her and the kindness she showed me and my husband. She simultaneously supported me constantly while also keeping my husband on FaceTime, taking diligent notes of the timeline of my labor, and coordinating with the nurses and my doctor.

Despite the pandemic and not having my husband there, I look back on my birth with so much happiness and positivity. Thank you, Hayley, and the whole Buddha Belly team for everything!
