FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for all moms-to-be, no matter your trimester, and meets you exactly where you are in your pregnancy journey.

It is also a wonderful option for postpartum mamas who are ready to gently rebuild strength, reconnect with their bodies, and ease back into movement in a safe, supportive way.

You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy, as the workouts are scientifically based, purposeful, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate your changing body and energy levels.

The 60-minute FIT4BABY workout includes a balanced mix of cardio, strength training, mobility, and labor prep, along with intentional pelvic floor work to help you feel more prepared and supported as your body changes.

We end with a relaxing meditation—giving you a moment to slow down, breathe, and connect—so you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more grounded. It’s truly everything you need during this special season to support both your body and your mind.
